The worst restaurant I have ever been to!
Firstly, even after the club confirmed our booking, they couldn't find our table.
We then ordered our food at the bar and we were asked would we like the entrée brought out first, which is fine. Our entrees were delivered without any cutlery and when I asked I was told "You have a little spoon to eat your oysters with". I asked for a fork. The cutlery was delivered to the table in a WET paper napkin.
Half way through our entrees our mains were delivered and when I asked if we could finish our entrees I was informed that, "We are short-staffed and you need to have them now." I sent them back and another waitress came back with them!!!
Since when is being short of staff our problem!!!
I went to find some DRY napkins and couldn't find any so I took 3 linen napkins off a table. During our mains we were told we can't use these napkins because they would have to charge us a detergent cleaning fee!
When the waitress was cleaning up another table she dropped what looked like cream or yoghurt on the floor, huge hazard, and when we left it was still there!
The service in this so-called restaurant is the worst we've encountered. The staff are rude and incapable of running a restaurant. We didn't stay for dessert or coffee because we refuse to spend another cent in this horrible place!!!!!!
