Room was spacious. However we found cockroach in the middle of the night, towels were slightly discolored and the shower is a very odd and awkward arrangement. The whole bathmat was wet after a shower. Definitely needs some improving.

Very nice, if a little pricey. The rooms look recently renovated. The free breakfast exceeded my expectations, the kids loved the pancake machine!

Conveniently located with comfortable and well appointed rooms, and a lovely restaurant.
But the real stand-out factor is the service. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely happy to help with every request that I made (including hunting down Diet Coke late in the evening on a public holiday).
The reception, wait, kitchen and cleaning staff were all incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
I really appreciate genuine service, and these guys deliver just that. Keep up the good work!
