WARNING. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FRIENDLY CHIT CHAT. Car supplied was not roadworthy. By their admission had not had its last service. Car is 8 years old. Wipers didn't work. (It was raining) Passenger seat belt broken. I had a passenger. Airbag warning light was on saying it wasn't working. Which could have been a huge problem when an internal panel fell off the car and slid under my brake pedal whilst driving on the freeway. Company then claimed damage to the door - of which they were unable to supply proof. After they made a number of contradictory claims they proceeded to charge my card for unfounded claims. Amazingly the amount to fix the car for all the problems was almost exactly the holding deposit. Coincidence? I think not. I should have checked trip advisor first! Someone else went through exactly the same thing! Always check reviews and don't be fooled by the their stalling tactics and fast talking. Good luck out there.
