bought a chicken at 3.30 in the afternoon, got home found it to be pink inside. rang the store.... apparently all the chickens are pink and need to rest before eating. my chicken was freshly cooked and i should have rested it before refrigeration. There was no mention of this at the time i paid $12.99 for my small chicken. I said i felt that the chook should be ready to eat at the time of sale, apparently i am wrong. going to get my chooks from Coles from now on. only $8 and ready to eat.
