When I initially rang up to find out about parking costs I ended up booking in as well. I said that I wanted a higher floor and at the time it wasn’t explained that I could pay extra to guarantee it. I ended up ringing back the next day to see if I could upgrade but unfortunately because I had prepaid I wasn’t able to (which I thought would be the case). The lady I spoke to was lovely and highlighted the request for the higher floor. Not only did we have a lovely view, the room was also very spacious. And a bottle of champagne was delivered to our room for our 25th wedding anniversary! 😊 Overall we had a lovely experience and wish we had been able to stay longer!

Looking for a weekend getaway to celebrate my Wife's birthday and we were extremely satisfied with The Sebel Brisbane. The location is perfect for my wife to go shopping in Queen St mall and the accommodation very comfortable to come back and truly relax. The breakfast at the restaurant was really good and the staff very friendly and helpful. We will be back to stay here again for sure and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Brisbane.

I had a very good time staying at the Sebel starting from the reception staff who were very lovely and the lodge itself. The lodge met all my expectations regarding cleanliness, servicing and access to necessities. I would return to the Sebel over and over again if I come to Brisbane. My family loved the whole experience. My wife is already telling me we need to plan another trip; this time longer and she has clearly stated that the only place she'd stay will be the Sebel.
I had a very good time staying at the Sebel starting from the reception staff who were very lovely and the lodge itself. The lodge met all my expectations regarding cleanliness, servicing and access to necessities. I would return to the Sebel over and over again if I come to Brisbane. My family loved the whole experience. My wife is already telling me we need to plan another trip; this time longer and she has clearly stated that the only place she'd stay will be the Sebel.

The staff were amazing when we checked in the girl Keeley was so delightful. We were there for our wedding anniversary and we could not have picked a better place. Croft House was amazing. Our server Amy was so nice and helpful. Overall it was generally a wonderful experience. The only "negative" thing was the price of parking even for an accor member. $28 dollars a day is a little expensive especially when there are 3 parking stations nearby but we understood that for the convenience we'd park there.

In terms of accommodation this was a great place to stay. Great beds. Very clean. Roomy. Central location was handy for what I needed.
Two minor complaints. Service the bike in the gym as you cannot adjust the level of the seat and only a child can ride it safely at the level I found it at. The i home pod for playing music and setting an alarm appeared to either be broken or I could not figure out how to turn it on. I checked it was plugged in and on at the socket but some turning on instructions would help. (Just so I knew it was only the power button and something should light up as nothing did). Neither were significant and did not hamper my findings on my stay.
