Sunday, 5th of November, 16:00, mccafe was logged out, so we had to queue behind a bunch of teens for ordering 2 capucino. When complaining about this poor customer service, the manager just shrugged her shoulder, no apologies, no smile, no word, just dead. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. They have to learn a lot about customer service first.

Average for a McDonald's, reasonably clean with fast service (when it's not busy). Dont expect the food to be great though and they have gotten my order wrong on numerous occasions, although they were quick to either give me a refund or correct my order.

i wish i could give no stars. i went in and ordered my meal. then got on the highway and realised awesome my foods not even in my bag. i then called them up and asked them to allow me to get it at the next maccas up on the highway. she then said let me ask my manager. meanwhile i could hear her talking to her manager through the phone mimicking me to her in a rude whiny manner and being EXTREMELY rude. her manager then picked up the phone and said yep ill call the maccas and get them to give you your burger. she called chindra maccas which is on the complete opposite side of the highway not accessible to me instead of contacting reedy creek which is the next mcdonald up. so now i have to wait until i'm on my way home to get my burger that i paid for with no compensation for the fact that they screwed up NOT ME. so yay i get to go ang get the burger that I PAID FOR! 8 hours later :) have a lovely day check your bags before you leave fam good luck👍🏼

Ordered 2 wraps and one was fine but the other just fell apart as soon as you separated the container.
After that placed another order of 2 small sundaes - caramel and strawberry but got strawberry and chocolate but at least they replaced it for caramel when we asked.
Order no. 139 28/7/17 14.29.38 didn't keep sundae docket
