I got a take away from here, it was good curry but if you like them spicy you should ask for it to be hotter.

Wow. Big thank you to the Mumtaj, management and staff. After finishing a 3 hour performance yesterday at the Westower Tavern, we googled Indian and headed straight for it. What a surprise. The food was absolutely amazing and could be smelt from 200metres away. Being on the road, we eat out a lot but never as good as this. Thank you for the experience. We will be back ! Nice Indian restaurant in Ballina. Great service, and really nice place next to the river. The food was quite nice, but the flavours could have been balanced a bit better (our dishes tasted like they could have had a teaspoon or two of sugar to balance out the flavours). Overall, happy with our experience here and would recommend if you're looking for Indian in Ballina.
