We stayed at the Ramada in a one bedroom suite in November this year for 4 nights. It was very clean, well equipped and had nice river views. Our suite was serviced daily which included our bed being made, fresh towels and rubbish removal. The kitchenette was good for cooking simple meals and the complex has a cafe and restaurants on site for coffee and eating out. My only disappointment was no free wifi.

Great location with views of river. Pool and pool area immaculate. Staff lovely. Small niggles with room presentation. Curtains overdue for update and had black marks on them where someone must have caught them in the sliding balcony doors. Cupboard next to wardrobe had no handle just two holes. Bed mattress a bit soft and bouncy. Firmer mattresses seem more the norm these days.

The views are great, the rooms are great, but the people who make you feel so welcome are amazing!

Our corner suite was amazing! Super spacious, neatly appointed and clean. Amazing river views and a perfect sunset topped off our stay.
