Purchased a deal off the web for a 2 hour spa treatment.
Made the appointment by phone and was spoken down to by an uber posh woman, hoping not to get her on the day as I discussed being pregnant I was assured the treatment would be re tailored to suit.
I arrived on time to fill out some forms and was pampered by a young lady but with bad smokers breath it was all I could smell during my facial, hand and arm massage, asked to redress and given a refreshment left wondering if that was it?
My treatment had not even lasted 1 hour and I was sent on my way!
Very disappointing would not recommend
