I've been a regular here, but found that making an appointment is pretty much a waste of time - you get better service as a walk in. Nonetheless, as a treat for my daughter's birthday I made an appointment for the two of us four days in advance and when we arrived we were told to go away and come back at another time. That's not actually how appointments work. Phoned a nearby salon and they were available to help, went there instead. As a regular at Burnside have had pretty inconsistent services, and at least twice had to point out the price quoted at the outset was different to what they were attempting to charge me as I was leaving. For something that is meant to be relaxing, well, it's not.

I went to have my nails sns and I am very disappointed and will never recommended my friends there.. the lady onwer was loud, and talk alot. the technician was unprofessional and speak little words. the staff louded and speak in their languages.. my shape was not what I want, my nails was too thick and look fake.. will never come there ,,,,,,,

Worst experience ever. Me and my friend went there to have our nails done. The staff is rude and careless. They charged us a different price from what they said initially over the phone. We both were unsatisfied and my friend had two cuts by the end of it :(
