I generally have only very positive things to say about chemist warehouse. The prices are great and they generally have a great range of products.. But the customer service in Harbour Town, Adelaide, absolutely appalling! I waited ten minutes for someone to open the perfume cabinet.. Once all customers had been served and left, I asked if I could get some assistance.. The lady at the counter said 'oh you should have asked ***** when he was here' -of course, I should have known! She then proceeded to call over another woman... Who reached the door, passing me, and leaned out to talk to some friends! I can't say I won't be back, but I hope that next time, perhaps some friendlier, more helpful staff are on duty!
