I wish there was a negative rating !!!! Ok so from where should I start, from Sales to Finance this is one of the corrupted dealer that I have ever done business with. I bought brand new Honda crv Awd from them 3 weeks ago “My sales person was Mellisa”. Typical sales rep she told me “I am giving you the best deal Bla bla !!!.So I end up signing up the papers and depositing 500 dollars which I thought were subject to finance( Another story about their finance department which I will share later). My brother was also looking to buy same car, Next day he went to Dave potter Honda. These guys were amazing great customer service great drive away deal, The exact same car ( Honda Crv AWD S) my brother got it for almost 2000 cheaper then my car , he got complementary bonus like boot mat for free ( Which my Nordic Honda charge me 99 bucks ) and he also got other drive away bonuses. I so angry at Nordic and at my sales rep Mellisa for all the false information.
The moral of the story is, for new Honda car buyers never go to Nordic honda !!!!! they rip people off and on top of that they dont admit and try to blame customers.
I am taking all my business to "Dave potter Honda" and I will never ever recommend Nordic to any 1 !!!!

Went for a service. Booking was messed up. Couldn't wash the car as they were short staffed. As I drove out of the back gate there was a guy washing a car. Time to find a new service option. Sad after 30 months.

Friendly service and staff, pays attention to what has been asked for. I have bought a used car from here and quite happy with that.
