We had a superb dinner last night and excellent service. We are anchored in Nettle Bay and just pulled our small dinghy up on the sand! A must restaurant to experience!

FANTASTIC gem of a restaurant! We were staying at the Hotel Mercure while waiting to take a Windstar Cruise in Feb 2016 and someone told us about this secret foodie find. This place is located on the water and is tucked in behind a hotel and some shops. You can also walk to La Cigale from the beach on the backside of Hotel Mercure - using a path that cuts across several other properties along the beach. Food and drinks were perfect. Probably the most romantic atmosphere I have experienced and the food and service was 5 star all the way. Easily, one of the best places to eat on St Martin - our other favorite on this level is Dreams across nearby. But this is a little step up from Dreams. Put it on your "must do" list of places to eat. Suggest making reservations - have your hotel call in the reservation for you. We met some people who had made reservations 6 months in advance so they would get the tables next to the water.

This was our best dining experience on the island by far.
Awesome service and very attentive.
The Menu items we had were a celebration in flavor and very creative.
