Hercule is an amazingly hospitable and friendly host and a great chef. Try his Griots - you will not be disappointed. I'll be visiting this place every time I'm in SXM

Our first dinner in St Martin was outstanding. Great ambiance. My wife had octopus stew which was incredible. I had the haitian meat speciality. It was also fantastic.
