Uka Farm is a world-class, family-owned food business that includes a restaurant, a farm, where many of the ingredients are grown, and a winery.
We were given a brief tour by Flori Uka, who runs the restaurant and who started the family’s winery business. He explained how the farm uses no chemicals and instead relies on insects to help cultivate vegetables and pomegranates to keep them free from pests. He told us his father, an academic, started the farm to test his research into insects and their life-cycles and their beneficial impact on crops.
The dining area is a lovely, open-air space, surrounded by the farm. The food is simple but stunning and uses all local ingredients. We asked Mr. Uka to choose for us. We enjoyed a selection of beautiful salads made with tasty tomatoes, olives and locally produced cheese, fresh bread with olive oil and grilled lamb. We drank a bottle of Uka Winery red wine and finished with locally produced raki.
Service was attentive, professional and as quick as we wanted. (We were on our way to the airport to catch a flight.)

Great experience, allthough the tours were finished the waiter took the time to show us around! Price-quality was perfect and the wine was outstanding!

All meals are delicious. Especially wines are handmade. If you wanna full, uka farm is correct decision.
