Lovely, clean venue with great facilities and polite, attentive staff. I regularly attend a Krav Maga class there, using one of the fitness rooms. Parking is easy, the whole place looks and feels brand new and it's in a convenient location. The only problem isn't their fault - the traffic light cycle when leaving can have you stuck for ages!

Modern hotel with amazing rooms and service. Stunning views of the river if your room faces the front. Breakfast was the best we've had in a while. Will definitely be back.

This Village Hotel actually had the room ready with the requested allergy free bedding when others have failed. The staff are really friendly , professional and really are prepared to help. Breakfast was a good choice and good quality. Staff were very good and attentive asking if everything was alright, checking if i needed more soys milk too. Had a very enjoyable stay. Husband enjoyed the sauna

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was lovely, though the soup was cold. Great entertainment and drinks staff were particularly friendly with a good helpful attitude. O lyrics criticism was the cash machine was out of service, so I had to use my card all night which I don't like to do. I think someone should be checking it regularly to ensure its working.
