This place is filthy! ..and noisy. It is mostly addicts living here. The location is like a derelict wasteland. The mattress we slept on was covered in mystery stains . You had to climb over the toilet to get into the shower with a clogged drain. This place is a disgrace.

The room is big enough but the bed frame to the bed is broken and it rocks back and forward and will break at any time the drain in the shower has a cab over it the prevents the water from draining properly so the water overflows into the rest of the toilet and into the room and must be mapped each time you use the shower is service like most services that are run by ignorant individuals hides behind so many rules for health and safety that they seem to forget the individual has rights and ends up being treated a bit like a child instead of adults we are judged because we are homeless we are judged as 3rd class citizens and we are treated accordingly the staff in here do not speak English as a first language and that can sometimes be bit of attitude and a lack of empathy and sympathy and communication the contact between residents and staff is very complex and very antisocial and the staff seemed to be unable to communicate with a resident without seeming to antagonising or antisocial or having an attitude they seem to judge us as a lower class than then R and a lower being this may be a cultural treat and it needs to be resolved as soon as possible...!!

I have also had my door banged on in the early hours of the morning and I have had people ask me for fags and I've also had people ask me for money and drugs that have been a couple of occasions where people have shouted in the corridor the accommodation is for homeless people only but people here have dual addictions i.e drugs and alcohol and it seriously affects their mental psychological behaviour and their physical health..!!

Some people here have severe and very complex personality disorders add some here also have drug and alcohol abuse triggered schizophrenia there is a neurological disorder instead of a psychological and there will be no cure for this for the rest of their life's...!!

These people show constant delusions and are constantly in a fantasy world that can make their behaviour erratic and potentially dangerous and violent and aggressive...!!

This cannot be controlled because it is due to a neurological disorder that affects the way they think process information and behave..!!

There are a lot of people that are on the streets that have neurological disorders because of drug and alcohol abuse but a lot of this can be caused of social factors are there been in care in that have been abuse that have been people and families who have came from abuse order has been more and CDs and more complex social issues in relation to the family unit that leads to the individual breaking down becoming homeless and then taking drugs and also peer pressure F1 hangs around with the wrong sort can also lead to two people drinking and taking drugs and then become hooked on this and in some cases of people died because of this there are many in prison who have neurological conditions feel behave that way if they could not control and get into trouble so because of mental neurological illness did they get thrown in prison this is one that needs to be more treatment more understanding more research into the way we deal with people with mental illness instead of go down the road of custodial sentencing as an option custodial sentencing should only be used for the most severe criminals who are consistent and are considered extremely dangerous who have to be locked up for the good of society and themselves custodial sentencing should be the last Resort The absolute last Resort and we should look at new ways to help people if we can especially in this day and age with all the we know it with all the knowledge that we've learnt..!!
