Schipholtickets

Had to cancel a ticket due to United making significant changes to the scheduled flight. That was in September. Still no refund from Schipholtickets and it's now November. They consistently said "The cheque is in the mail". They said that every time I contacted them about the refund. I contacted United to double, triple and quadruple check and every time said Schipholtickets NEVER contacted them to start the process of the refund. NEVER. United finally sent it in writing for me to forward to Schipholtickets. All of a sudden, their story changed and it became United gave them false information and they believed the cheque was on it's way. (-_-) Let's forget for a moment that it's 2017 and they were talking about a cheque. It's the fact they never thought to recheck on their side if I said I'd called the airline multiple times and was being told it was a mistake on their side. Even more unforgivable? Not a single, "We're sorry" on any level. Nope. Don't use this company. Give them a wide pass. A lot of other options out there for you to use. I sure as hell won't be using them ever again and making sure no one in my social circle using them.

Worst experience ever. Very misleading in the sales department. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We purchased an extra cover to have an open ticket, but it turns out this is only for the adminstration cost, you still have to pay the difference of the ticket. Bad customer service and very unhelpful staff.

Sounds all good and fun but just don't use this site. Either the site doesn't work properly to convert the info you provide for a flight into a booking or they are just straight up lying to you.
