Women only (but be aware: sometimea male trainers and/or other personnel). Respectful environment towards all ages and body types. Smaller gym than for example Basic-Fit Europaboulevard (also women only).

It gets busy when all of us get out of work, but if you don't have a 9 to 5 schedule, you can have all od it for yourself. The machines are great, the bathrooms and changing rooms also. One of the best basic fits

Finding a good gym was requirement #1 when apartment searching and I am thrilled to have found such a nice, affordable gym near Vondelpark. Tons of cardio machines, a good number of guided and free weights, live classes (should you choose to pay a mere €8 extra per month) as well as virtual spin and exercises classes (free with basic membership), clean facilities, spacious locker rooms, and SO inexpensive. Month-to-month and yearly rates were both much more reasonable than many of the other gyms in the area, plus they offer day passes for €10/day if you're just visiting.
Only downside is that my partner (male) can't also be a member! I thought a female-only gym would be weird but it's kind of awesome to see so many ladies moving metal and kicking butt.
Also, with respect to other reviews, I've never ever smelled weed while working out so no need to worry about that! Unless that's what you're looking for :)

Great gym, one of the rules is that you MUST use a towel. Not all the ladies are doing it. So clean everything before using many of the equipment. Staff is great and they all greet you nicely when you enter.

Girls only gym really offers a great place to work out. Very convenient location as well. It is on the smaller side but they do have all the equipment you would need. It doesn't ever seem too crowded either.
