It does not deserve 5 star hotel mark at best it is 3 star. The decoration is very outdated and the materials including the bed are very cheap. The meals were absolutely horrific but 25 euros was charged for such terrible buffet meal. The spa is not very well maintained and changing room and the shower is really disgusting. I went to a massage place in the center called Magnolia which was slightly cheaper but had amazing facilities (really top) and services while this hotel has below facilities and service. The reception staff is unprofessional and unfriendly and forgot to get my taxi to the airport. The towel was dirty (one of them had metal stains). The transfer I got from this other apartment hotel called 7 seasons had its special airport shuttle privatised for 30 euros. Here they just got a normal yellow taxi for me and costed more than 30 euros. I do not recommend anyone to stay here considering the value for money as well as the fact that it is out of no where and the quality of service. I would not have stayed here if it wasnt for the conference which was happening here. Plus the Jacuzzi was broken and they did not fix it for the whole duration of my stay (4days).
