Firstly, i need to start by saying i never leave reviews, but my experience at Framagraphic was beyond exceptional and everyone needs to know about it!
I had a very precise vision for a custom framed poster as a gift to my brother for Christmas. From start to finish the Gerry and his amazing staff went over all my options/costs/needs and made life easy and understandable. Furthermore, i wanted a quote to be inscribed on the bottom of the poster as a personal touch and they nailed it! Exactly what i wanted! Beautiful work!
And what puts these guys a class ahead of everyone else is that upon pick up, just before the store was closing, my car was too small to fit the final product.... Gerry without hesitation offered to deliver it personally... And i forgot to mention this was 1 day before Christmas!!!
Never in my life have i dealt with a business as classy and professional as Framagraphic. If you ever need any framing done, do not even waste your time checking out other places. Framagraphic is all you need.

Excellent service and value! Keith spent about 20-30 minutes showing me the various options for framing my print, and clearly had an eye for design. In the end, he recommended one of the least expensive options because it would look the best - and the finished product looked great. They are knowledgeable and much better than other places I've had framing done. I will definitely return.

Besides the excellent service from Gerry and his staff, I received outstanding value and quality. I especially appreciated their patience with me as I decided on colors, frame types and matting options. My projects turned out beautifully!! Hurray and thanks...I will back for more frames!!!

Words truly cannot express how fabulous I found the experience of working with the nice and talented guys at Framagraphic. And I stress the phrase "working with" because they were very conscientious about my wishes, and helped me out when I was floundering with a solution.
What struck me was that I really had no clue how I wanted the Shadow Box to look, and they spent all the time necessary to craft a design that exemplified the subject matter. They were detail oriented, striking a great balance in terms of colour, mat cut and more. I never felt rushed at any point. I was amazed at how much time they were willing to spend with me.
Honestly, I wish I'd found them years ago, but so glad to have found them now. I have no hesitation in using them for future projects.
Professional, considerate, friendly, and well priced. You will not be disappointed.
