Very friendly staff and accommodating. Great beef stew with dumplings...must try. Rooms are clean and rates very reasonable

Nice and cheap. Close to the Grossglockner alpine road. Beware the clock tower though, it will probably wake you up.

Very good service, personnel speaking German ,all clean, and perfect food , Jarek -the menager and his son are helpful and kind

When reading positive comments on this hotel it seems to me not possible that this is the same hotel I have spent my winter holidays this year. In one word this is just horrible. I can understand that the building is old but this cannot justify dirty rooms. Another story is the food - breakfasts were acceptable but dinners were just disgusting. Austrian kitchen is very tasty, but in this hotel you can get only some "Polish-style" grub.
